Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Due to strict hygiene standards, opened or used hair oils and hair care products cannot be returned. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • The item is returned in its original, sealed packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Hygiene disclaimer:

  • Hair oils may only be returned if they are completely unopened and unused

  • Opened or used hair oils are strictly non-returnable

  • Other hair care products or personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned

If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to return your item.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

  • The Hair Club & Co. is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Inspect your items immediately upon delivery

  • Please include clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used hair oils

  • Opened or used hair care or personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
