We process refunds for orders that are eligible for a return, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We want you to love your order. However, for hygiene reasons, hair oils cannot be returned once opened.
How Refunds Work

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Delivery issues
We will refund the order minus shipping costs. Orders cannot be reshipped. Processing may take 3–4 weeks.
