We want you to be happy with your order. However, for hygiene reasons, hair oils and accessoires cannot be returned once opened.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Opened bottles of hair oil cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt.

We will assess the problem and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
